Stitching Machine

The working principle of the automatic nailing box machine: the cardboard conveying device adjusts the carton through the bracket, absorbs the cardboard through the worktable, conveys it to the bumping line area, presses out the trace line; then folds the cardboard into the human finishing part with the racket plate through the secondary pre-folding area; through the push board positioning, neatly enters the nail box part, and the nail car motor drives the nail head to complete the nail box. The transmission shaft of the nail box part is equipped with clutch and brake, under the action of clutch, the nail head motor drives the transmission shaft to realize the nail box action in the driving crank mechanism; when the first nail action is completed, the paperboard rear gear picks up the cardboard, the crank mechanism drives the paper feeding roller wheel to rotate by step action, stops after reaching the predetermined nail distance, immediately carries on the second nail operation, and then outputs it to the worktable through stacking code.
