[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Recently, the China Institute of Metrology Science and Technology Research Institute is responsible for the measurement of key parameters of piezoelectric materials in the quality inspection public welfare project of the Institute of Mechatronics, Shanghai Institute of Metrology and Measurement Technology. The establishment of its traceability system" was accepted by the General Administration of Communications.
The acceptance expert group consists of six technical experts and two financial experts. They are from Beijing University, China Aviation Industry Corporation Beijing Great Wall Testing Technology Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Optics, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Acoustics, Jilin University, Tianjin University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology and other authoritative institutions.
At the acceptance meeting, the expert group heard the project research report, financial final report, test report, etc., reviewed the acceptance materials provided by the project team, and considered that the project studied the method of measuring the piezoelectric constant of the piezoelectric material and established the dynamic resonance method. The quasi-static method, laser interferometry, and air cavity pressure measurement device, and proposed a traceability system for the piezoelectric constant measurement of piezoelectric materials in China, filled the blank of this traceability capability in China, and agreed that the project passed acceptance.
The entire project completed a total of 1 measuring device, applied for 2 patents, and published 1 EI paper. Shanghai Institute of Metrology and Measurement Technology Research Institute of Mechanical Acoustics and Vibration Research Institute participates in the collaboration and is mainly responsible for the development of piezoelectric material longitudinal piezoelectric constant pressure chamber air pressure measurement device.
