Air pipe from air compressor to wet air reservoir is blocked
The air compressor output air pressure is sufficient, but the air pressure gauge refers to zero phenomenon: the air compressor is not inflated, the double needle air pressure gauge always points to “0â€, and the brake pedal is also used to no avail, and no leaks are found in each pipeline. Remove the wet air reservoir intake pipe joint, start the engine to run at medium speed, and block the air source pipe with your thumb to check that the airflow is weak. Remove the air compressor outlet pipe joint and block the air supply pipe with your thumb. It feels that the air pressure output from the air compressor is very high, and the thumb cannot block the air flow.
The air compressor is inflated slowly (1) Phenomenon: When the engine is running at medium speed, the air compressor is not inflated or inflated slowly. (2) Reason: The air compressor outlet pipe is blocked by grease. (3) Analysis: Due to the obstruction of the air compressor outlet pipe, it is difficult for the compressed air to enter the air reservoir, so the air compressor is inflated slowly or not. At the same time, the pressure of the air compressor outlet pipe rises and its temperature rises. (4) Judgment: When the air compressor is inflated slowly or not, touch the air pipe by hand. If the air pipe has a hot feeling, it may be the air pipe blockage between the air compressor and the wet air reservoir. Remove the air pipe joint on the wet gas cylinder check valve, start the engine, and drive the air compressor to run. If the air pipe has no airflow or substantially no airflow output, remove the air outlet pipe joint on the air compressor. If the air compressor has a normal airflow output at this time, it indicates that the air pipe between the air compressor and the wet air reservoir is blocked. (5) Treatment: Remove the air pipe from the air compressor to the wet air reservoir, and heat the gas pipe one by one on the fire to make the oil scale in the pipe become brown powder by high temperature. With the nozzle facing down, tap gently with a small wooden stick and pour out the powder inside the tube.
The root cause of this failure is caused by the air gap between the air compressor and the cylinder wall being too large. Therefore, the good working performance of the air filter and the normal technical state of the air pressure regulating valve should be maintained to reduce the wear of the internal parts of the cylinder, prevent the early oil from being smashed, and prolong the service life of the air compressor. In addition, the oil plug spring of the air compressor is too soft or improperly assembled (the crankshaft and the oil hole positioning hole are not inserted at both ends of the spring), so that the oil plug and the back cover are in poor contact, and the air compressor is easily smashed. If this is the case, replace the spring or reassemble.
