AQSIQ: The passing rate of tire-type loaders is only 68%

Recently, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) organized a special spot check on national product quality supervision for four types of products, including rare earth oxides and wheel loaders, and released a spot check result a few days ago.

It is understood that the qualified rate of batch inspection of wheel loader products is 68.0%. A total of 25 batches of products manufactured by 25 companies in four provinces and autonomous regions including Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong and Guangxi were investigated. Eight batches of products produced by eight companies did not meet the standard requirements. The main quality issue was emission from the driver's location. Sound pressure level, driver control devices and other display device symbols, alarm devices, basic entrances and exits, articulated racks, fire extinguishers and other items failed.

Regarding the problems found during the spot check, Fu Wenxuan, deputy director of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, said that AQSIQ has instructed the quality and technical supervision department to handle spot checks of unqualified product manufacturing enterprises. In addition, regarding the situation of special equipment accidents in October this year, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) statistics indicated that there were 18 special equipment accidents in the country, 12 people were killed and 23 were injured. Compared with the same period of last year, the number of accidents increased by one, the death toll decreased by seven, and the number of injuries increased by nine. In the third quarter, there were 43 accidents involving various types of special equipment, 67 people were killed and 36 were injured.
