Such air flotation is currently used very little in China, due to its complex structure, high height, and difficult operation and maintenance, etc. Therefore, compared to the advection pressure dissolved gas flotation effect is greatly reduced, only in the occupying space has an advantage.

3. Multi-phase mixing and dissolving air floatation machine (also called dissolving air pump air floatation): The dissolving air way is the negative pressure inhalation before the pump. This type of air floatation is currently used more domestically because it does not require air compressor and dissolved air. The characteristics of cans (excluding large gas storage tanks) can basically replace the traditional pressure-dissolved gas floats in the form of pumps, air compressors, dissolved gas tanks, etc., and generally select imported dissolved gas pumps, such as EDUR, Nikoni, etc. Domestic dissolved air pump effect and service life can not be compared with imports.

4. High-efficiency shallow air floatation machine: The dissolving gas method is pressurized jet. Such air flotation is also widely used in China. Especially in the paper industry, other industries have begun to use it slowly in recent years due to the complicated structure and technology. The content is relatively high, and currently there is not much good domestically (applicable to projects with a large amount of water, and the recommended amount of water below 100T/H is dissolved with GF dissolved gas).

5. Vortex dissolved gas dissolved air: dissolved gas impeller for high-speed rotation to produce negative pressure suction micro-bubbles, such air flotation is widely used in the domestic, mainly in the pretreatment of oily wastewater, the effect is good.

6. Progressive air flotation machine: dissolved air is vortex aeration + multiphase miscibility (dissolved air pump). In fact, this air flotation has been used very early in the country, namely, vortex air flotation + dissolved gas Used in combination with floatation, it is used in the treatment of oily wastewater. However, this combination has only been promoted in recent years and it is not a new technology.

7. Catalytic Oxidation Air Floater: Dissolved air is catalytic oxidation tank + pressure jet dissolving gas. Such air flotation is rarely used in China and is mainly used for the concentration of cod. Such as the more difficult to deal with special waste water.

8. Multi-stage flotation machine: The method of dissolving gas is pressurized jet. This type of flotation is also used more often. It is characterized by small footprint, high processing capacity, and large shock load.
